CBDT Notifies I-T Exemption on Sovereign Wealth Funds' Income from Infra Investment

Through a notification, the CBDT has widened the scope of 'infrastructure' for the purpose of claiming income tax exemption under Section 10 (23FE) of the I-T Act introduced via the Finance Act 2020.
